Les has represented developers, investors and others on energy and infrastructure projects for more than 30 years.

In recent years, Les has represented many of the world's largest renewables and conventional project sponsors on the development, financing and buying/selling of generation facilities, and currently represents more than 20 of the most active energy project developers in California and the Western U.S.

He specializes in project development, power sales and other offtake agreements, EPC and other engineering and construction contracts, energy project/company M&A, project financing, fuel and feedstock arrangements, and related project transactions. Les also counsels energy and infrastructure clients in general corporate matters, including company formation issues, day-to-day operating matters, project/company M&A and a host of related legal matters.
