Lina advises clients on private equity, venture capital and M&A transactions as well as on general corporate law.

Prior to joining Orrick, Lina worked as a trainee lawyer for a large German automotive manufacturer, for a German law firm specialized in national and international dispute resolution and for the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in Bonn.
