Iris represents developers, sponsors and investors in the energy sector.

Her practice focuses on debt and tax equity financings, acquisitions and various development aspects for project development of solar and wind projects. 

During law school, Iris worked as a summer intern at the Sierra Club, assisting in various efforts of promoting clean energy and public interest environmental litigation. Prior to law school, Iris worked at McKinsey & Company as a big data analytics consultant.
