Clémence Tournier is an Associate in the Energy & Infrastructure practice, focusing on the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects in France and internationally.
Clémence advises a broad range of market participants, including sponsors (industrial groups and investment funds) and lenders (commercial banks and institutional investors), on complex project development and financing transactions. Her experience covers both greenfield and brownfield projects, as well as acquisition financings across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining Orrick, Clémence was an Associate in the Project Finance practice of a leading international law firm in Paris.
