Natalie Nahabet is a Senior Associate in Orrick's Los Angeles office and a member of the Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. She focuses her practice on complex business litigation and provides advice on tactical solutions to the problems faced at all stages of litigation by industry-leading clients in the manufacturing, technology and financial sectors.
Natalie has first chaired an arbitration where she successfully defended Microsoft Corporation in a matter involving the permanent suspension of a Skype user claiming millions in damages.
Natalie's experience covers a broad range of matters, including civil litigation, mass tort and product liability, financial institutions and tech companies.

Natalie is also active in pro bono matters including representing victims of domestic violence and assisting young immigrant children who are seeking asylum to obtain legal status in the United States.
Natalie attended UCLA School of Law, where she externed for the Honorable Judge Maureen A. Tighe and the Honorable Richard M. Neiter of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court – Central District of California. During her time there, she drafted bench memoranda and tentative rulings on motions to dismiss, motions to compel discovery and on attorney disciplinary proceedings. She worked as a writing advisor to first-year law students, and served as a Production Editor of the Women’s Law Journal, as President of the Armenian Graduate Students Association, and as Vice President of the Armenian Law Students Association.
Prior to law school, Natalie attended the University of California, San Diego, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in political science, magna cum laude. During that time, she worked as a law clerk for employment and bankruptcy attorneys.
