Felicity is a managing associate in the London Tax team, advising clients on all aspects of corporate and funds tax.

Felicity’s practice focuses on corporate and finance transactions, M&A, corporate restructurings and UK and international tax structuring in the context of cross-border private equity, private fund structuring and bespoke investment structures.

Felicity's work encompasses both transactional and advisory matters, drawing on her extensive experience in navigating complex UK, cross-border and international tax issues.
