Devang is an Associate in Orrick's San Francisco office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity group.
Devang represents public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions in the technology and AI sectors, and advises clients on reorganizations and corporate governance matters.
Prior to law school, Devang studied mechanical engineering at UC San Diego and is registered to practice under the USPTO.
