Arden focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, project development, and general corporate matters for clients, primarily in the renewable and conventional power sectors. Prior to joining Orrick, Arden worked as a legal and compliance Assistant Vice President at Dynasty Financial Partners, a wealth management fintech startup.
