Sean Hickey is a Managing Associate in the Restructuring Group and is based out of the Washington, D.C. office.
Sean represents lenders, unsecured creditors, debtors, creditors' committees, licensees and other stakeholders in both in- and out-of-court restructurings. Sean brings a combination of litigation and transactional experience spanning a variety of sectors.
Prior to joining Orrick, Sean was a restructuring associate at another major international law firm.
