Daniela Pietrini is a senior Italian qualified lawyer, Of Counsel of the Finance Group and based in Italy. She has a strong background in securitisations of a wide variety of performing and non-performing assets.
Daniela represents leading national and international market operators (arrangers, originators and/or investors) in the context of structured finance and debt capital market transactions, securitization transactions and financing transactions.
Her experience includes the legal assistance to investment funds, banks and servicers in their investments for the purchase and management of non-performing and “unlikely to pay” receivables.
