Tony is an associate in the Washington, DC office. He focuses on finance transactions and securitization structures, including asset-backed lending transactions (ABLs), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), rated feeders, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) and repackaging transactions.
Tony represents commercial banks, investment banks, other institutional lenders and underwriters.
Tony received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where he was an Articles Editor of the Business and Finance Law Review. Tony received his B.S. from the University of Utah in Quantitative Analysis of Markets and Organizations.
