Tony is an associate in the Washington, DC office. Tony advises on complex financing transactions and securitization structures, including asset-backed lending transactions (ABLs), hybrid structures, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), rated feeders, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) and repackaging transactions.
Tony represents major financial institutions including commercial banks, investment banks, institutional lenders and underwriters. His experience includes representing clients as arranger, administrative agent, lender, issuer and underwriter across a broad spectrum of structured credit solutions.
Tony received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where he was an Articles Editor of the Business and Finance Law Review. Tony received his B.S. from the University of Utah in Quantitative Analysis of Markets and Organizations.
