François is a member of the Technology Companies Group at Orrick in Paris.

He represents startups, entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, and private equity firms that launch and finance new products and technologies across a broad range of industries. From formation to exit, François advises emerging technology companies in all stages of the startup life cycle. He also provides strategic counsel to founders and investors in connection with complex transactions and other corporate issues.

François is passionate about innovation. In the United States, he was involved with Duke University’s incubator.

François studied both Law and Economics, at Paris II University, EDHEC Business School, Fudan University School of Economics in Shanghai and at Duke University School of Law.

Before joining Orrick, François worked at Shearman & Sterling and actively participated in the launch of a start up in Paris as Chief Operating Officer.
