Alix Pisani is a Career Associate whose practice focuses on high-stakes intellectual property litigation.
From pre-suit investigations to post-trial motions, Alix is experienced in all phases of litigation. She has participated in several trials, including before the ITC. Alix’s matters have involved a wide range of technologies, including prenatal diagnostics, semiconductors, and wireless technologies.
Prior to joining Orrick, Alix was a litigator at a large international law firm, where she focused primarily on patent litigation. In addition, she spent two years as in-house counsel for a financial startup. Alix’s unique blend of experience allows her to better serve clients at all stages and of all sizes.
