Rich Nguyen-Le is a Structured Finance associate in the Washington, D.C. office. His practice concentrates on the tax aspects of various structured finance transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and asset-backed lending facilities (ABLs). 

Rich has a broad range of federal income tax planning experience, covering domestic and international federal income tax matters. In addition to his experience with tax planning for CLO and ABL transactions, he has advised clients on asset-backed securitizations, private credit and other debt transactions, and tax credit transactions (to include low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, solar tax credits and various state tax incentives). 

Prior to law school, Rich served as an active-duty infantry officer in the United States Army.
