Natasha defends employers in high-stakes litigation involving claims such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
Natasha has experience defending employers in the retail, financial, technology, entertainment, media, and healthcare industries. Her practice involves all aspects of employment law in single plaintiff cases, multi-plaintiff cases, collective actions, and class actions. When clients are faced with challenging employment disputes, Natasha is dedicated to providing legal solutions that are tailored to their needs and values. Natasha also counsels employers on matters such as hiring, investigations, terminations, training, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, arbitration agreements, and employee handbooks.
Prior to practicing law, Natasha served in the United States Marine Corps for seven years including a 12-month deployment to Afghanistan.
Natasha continues her commitment to public service through her pro bono work, and she recently obtained asylum on behalf of a woman who fled domestic violence in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Orrick, Natasha was an associate in the Labor and Employment Group at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter and Hampton.
