As a member of the firm’s Innovation Team, Kristen helps attorneys harness generative AI, practice technology, and data-driven insights to deliver smarter, more efficient legal solutions. Kristen leads training initiatives on generative AI and legal technology to drive engagement, adoption, and fluency. She also serves as a member of Orrick's AI Council, which advises on ethical AI adoption.
Prior to joining Orrick, Kristen was the Chief Practice & Innovation Officer at a management-side employment law firm and practiced employment litigation, workplace training, and advice and counsel.
