Drew is a managing associate in the Boston office and a member of Orrick's Technology Companies Group.
Drew advises high growth technology and biotechnology companies, startup founders, private funds and other institutional investors on a broad range of corporate transactions across industries. He has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, advising companies from formation to exit on formation, governance, and financing matters, and institutional investors on venture capital, growth equity and other investments.
Drew works closely with clients to provide strategic insights and outside general counsel services, advising clients on day-to-day governance, equity compensation and general commercial matters.
Prior to joining Orrick, Drew was a corporate associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C. in its Boston office, and a capital markets associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in its Chicago office.
Drew earned his J.D. from Boston University and his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Kansas State University.
