Janine's practice focuses on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and complex commercial transactions. She regularly supports multinational clients on cross-border tax structuring and compliance, drawing on broad experience across a range of industries.
Janine works on both transactional and advisory matters, helping clients navigate intricate tax challenges in the context of corporate reorganisations, debt restructurings and business expansions.
Prior to joining Orrick, Janine worked as an Associate in the tax practice of an international law firm in Australia.
