Evan represents clients in data privacy disputes, cybersecurity litigation, and data breach matters, including class actions and cases involving state and federal privacy statutes. His experience spans a range of complex commercial litigation.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Evan spent a decade in the entertainment industry, where he focused on independent film distribution and marketing. His background in entertainment informs his approach to the intersection of media, technology, and the law.
