Lune Klappe-Regan is a Managing Associate in the Capital Markets practice group at Orrick.
Lune has experience representing public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a broad range of securities and capital markets transactions. Her work includes equity and debt offerings, tender and exchange offers, acquisition financings and liability management transactions. She also has experience advising clients on SEC disclosure and compliance, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Lune maintains an active pro bono practice, including a variety of immigration matters.
Lune previously practiced at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York and held positions at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and Stibbe in Amsterdam. Lune earned law degrees from Columbia Law School and Leiden University.
