Nick Wilson is of counsel in the Charlotte office. He represents institutional lenders, investment banks and underwriters in secured commercial lending transactions, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), warehouse facilities, and other complex structured finance transactions, including capital call securitizations.
Nick has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Securities/Capital Markets Law since 2021.
Nick received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and holds a B.A. in English and Created Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nick also studied English, Foreign Literature, and Psychology as an undergraduate visiting scholar at Oxford University (St. Edmund Hall). He is licensed to practice in North Carolina.
