Raivo advises technology clients on their intellectual property disputes and licensing matters.
Raivo is an associate in Orrick's Intellectual Property Group. Her practice focuses on patent litigation in the district courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Patent Trial and Appeal Board where she has worked on cases relating to networking, video coding and streaming, RF, and medical devices.
While in law school, Raivo served as an executive editor for the California Law Review and received the Jurisprudence Award for Wine Law. Before her legal practice, she received a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and worked as a consultant on technology rulemaking and energy utility strategy.
Prior to joining Orrick, Raivo practiced at Ropes & Gray LLP.
