Emma is an associate in Orrick's Silicon Valley Office and a member of the firm's Financial & Securities Litigation Group.
Her practice focuses on complex securities litigation and regulatory investigations, including class actions and assisting with responses to inquiries and investigations by the SEC. Emma has experience in a broad range of complex matters involving alleged misrepresentations under the federal securities laws and corporate governance disputes.
Prior to joining Orrick, Emma served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Alex G. Tse of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
