Her practice focuses primarily on developing tailored financing structures that support clients’ objectives across a diverse range of asset classes.

She represents clients in structured finance transactions involving secured and unsecured consumer and business place loans, merchant cash advances, trade receivables, card receivables and other specialty financial technology assets.
