Tamia Sutherland is a corporate associate in our global M&A and Private Equity practice group.
Tamia represents private companies, public companies, and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in all aspects of their business. She advises clients on a variety of transactions, including domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions and mergers, leveraged buy-outs, strategic add-ons and carveout transactions. Tamia works across a wide range of geographies and industries, including tech, finance, energy and infrastructure and entertainment both domestically and internationally.
