Fallon represents public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions on both the buy side and sell side, and in strategic investments. Fallon also has capital markets experience preparing companies for initial public offerings and follow-on offerings. Industries of focus include cleantech, digital platforms and software and life sciences.
