She advises on formation, general corporate and governance matters and a broad range of transactions, including venture capital financings. In addition to advising high-growth technology companies, Chanel represents leading venture capital firms in connection with their investments in private companies.
Prior to joining Orrick, Chanel was an associate in the technology and venture capital practices of leading law firms in Tel Aviv, where she advised companies and investors across Israel’s startup ecosystem.
