Rebecca's work focuses primarily on energy and infrastructure-related projects.

She supports clients in the energy and infrastructure spaces through development, financing, construction and operation of their projects, often working to develop novel and bespoke legal solutions. Prior to joining Orrick, Rebecca was an associate focusing on project finance, renewable energy development, and real estate. 

  • Energy:

    • Represent lender in debt financing featuring warrant and equity conversion features
    • Sponsor- and lender-side representation in tax equity investments for solar generation and Battery Energy Storage Systems
    • Represent Sponsor in signing up preferred-equity investor
    • Represent Sellers in sales of investment tax credits

    Infrastructure:

    • Represent company in closing of $250 million bank term loan facility

    Pro bono:

    • Draft corporate documents and advise non-profit focusing on climate change on corporate governance matters
    • Advise religious institution on immigration and asylum-related law
