S. Chris Min, an of counsel in the New York office, is a member of the Structured Finance Group. Chris represents issuers, sponsors, underwriters and other market participants in connection with public offerings and private placements of various asset-backed securities as well as other types of asset financing and sales.
Chris has broad experience with a number of asset classes, including credit card and charge card receivables, auto loans and leases, dealer floorplan loans, consumer loans, small business loans, municipal bonds and residential mortgages. Chris also regularly advises financial institutions on the application of securities laws and other regulations affecting the financial industry.
Chris is a core member of the Finance, Securitization and Smart Contracts working group of MOBI (the Mobility Open Blockchain Initiative), lending her securitization expertise to MOBI’s work of assessing potential value proposition of blockchain to finance and securitization transactions and standardization for its practical application.
