Vivian's practice focuses on patent litigation of semiconductor technology, consumer electronics, and wireless networks, both in district courts and at the International Trade Commission.
Vivian has experience in a wide variety of patent matters, including litigation in district courts and at the ITC, inter partes review proceedings, and ex parte reexamination proceedings. Vivian also has experience working with various types of technologies, including semiconductors, artificial intelligence, wireless and wired networks, consumer electronics, cloud computing, and automotives. She also leverages her background in patent prosecution in her litigation practice and offers the ability to communicate effectively with inventors and expert witnesses.
Vivian has previously held roles in which she not only handled patent litigation and patent prosecution matters, but also worked on trademark and copyright prosecution matters, trademark and copyright litigation matters. During law school, Vivian was a judicial extern to Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
