Ray Liang is an associate in Orrick's New York office and a member of the firm's Capital Markets Group.
Ray focuses on capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, as well as corporate governance and securities law compliance.
Ray received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He also holds an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, an M.A. from Duke University, and a B.A. from the University of Rochester. Prior to law school, he worked in real estate valuation at a large regional bank.
