Nneoma Gansallo is an associate in Orrick's San Francisco office and is a member of the Capital Markets Group.
Nneoma focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities and on corporate governance and securities law compliance.
She also has experience in transactions involving special purpose acquisition companies, including de-SPAC transactions, as well as ongoing SEC reporting and disclosure obligations. Nneoma additionally draws on a background advising emerging growth companies, enabling her to counsel companies at every stage of the corporate lifecycle, from formation and early-stage financing through public offering.
Prior to practicing law, Nneoma worked in higher education philanthropy, where she helped raise $1.4 million annually in support of educational access initiatives. This experience informs her practical, relationship-driven approach to client service.
