Paul assists French and international companies on a range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Paul also focuses on corporate governance, which was the subject of his doctoral thesis.
Paul has experience working in-house with clients. He completed a client secondment to the legal team of L’Oréal (Legal Corporate & Securities) and worked as a legal intern in BNP Paribas Personal Finance (International Partnerships & Acquisitions).
