Themistoklis (Themis) Alepakos is an attorney in the New York office and a member of the Structured Finance Practice Group.
Themis represents investors, lenders, borrowers, issuers and other market participants across a broad spectrum of asset-backed lending and securities transactions. He has experience with a wide variety of asset classes, including proved developed producing (PDP) oil and gas wellbore interests, musical composition and sound recording copyrights, marketplace consumer loans, credit/charge card receivables, residential mortgages and auto loans/leases.
Before joining Orrick, Themis was a corporate associate at two leading boutique law firms in Greece.
