Rym practices focuses on tax audit and litigations for French and international groups. She also advises on French and international development, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings and real estate investments.
In addition, Rym assists natural persons with the management and conveyance of their assets and liabilities.
Prior to joining Orrick, Rym Bouaziz worked in leading French law firms as well as at the ninth Chamber of the Litigation Section of the Conseil d’Etat and at the National and International Audit Department (DVNI).
