Michael (Mike) Rosenberg represents companies in high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters involving emerging digital products, online gaming, prediction markets, fintech, and other regulated digital platforms.

Mike’s experience spans complex commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement, and financial services disputes. He has handled trade secret disputes involving sophisticated software and algorithmic trading strategies, privacy-related class actions, bankruptcy-related matters, as well as investigations and enforcement matters before federal and state regulators, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Prior to joining Orrick, Mike was an associate at Buckley LLP’s Chicago office and practiced at two law firms in New York City.
