Eleanor advises on insolvency and restructuring matters, both contentious and non-contentious, in the UK and internationally.
Eleanor works with office holders, creditors, debtors, distressed companies and individuals on both personal and corporate insolvency matters. She has experience in a broad range of asset recovery actions, including investigations into antecedent transactions and other claims against directors and third parties, as well as advising directors defending against such claims.
She has also worked on non-contentious matters, including 'pre-pack' administration sales and advisory work for companies and their directors facing financial difficulties.
