Victor Liang represents financial institutions, asset managers, companies, and loan originators and servicers in forward flow and similar acquisitions of asset portfolios, as well as structured financings across different asset classes.

Victor works with clients and products across a wide range of asset classes, including consumer and marketplace products, commercial products, trade receivables, card receivables and certain esoteric assets.

He also has substantial experience negotiating in various industries and fields such as fintech, blockchain and digital assets, financial services, and life sciences. Victor is often called on to work on bespoke, “outside-the-box” transactions that not only address unique credit/collateral needs but also require creating legal structures that optimize for asset and platform management, licensing and tax impacts.
