Betty is a managing associate in the Los Angeles office. She represents public and private clients in a variety of litigation matters involving data and cybersecurity. Her experience includes successful resolution of over a dozen class and individual data breach actions nationwide.
Betty represents clients in pre-litigation, court and arbitration matters, focusing on business disputes involving cybersecurity, privacy, and the First Amendment. She has successfully resolved over a dozen class and individual data breach actions nationwide. Betty leverages AI tools and innovative workflows to deliver efficient, strategic representation to her clients.
Betty is actively involved in the Los Angeles legal community. She has served on the board for the Asian Pacific Women Lawyers Alliance (APAWLA) since 2021 and as Vice President of Programming in 2025, and is a member of Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA) and Los Angeles County Bar Association's (LACBA) Litigation Section. During law school, Betty served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Richard Lee at the Orange County Superior Court.
