She represents sponsors, investors, and operators in the energy and infrastructure sectors on matters across the full project life cycle.
Prior to practicing law, Katya worked for a leading multinational oil and gas company where she focused on portfolio analysis, risk management and valuation for trading and investment activity, primarily focused on carbon offsets and renewable fuel credits.
