Jonathan, a senior associate in Orrick’s Miami office, works with founders, venture capital investors and board of directors to navigate complex business and legal issues, helping clients find practical paths forward as they build, finance and scale innovative technology companies.
Jonathan regularly leads complex corporate transactions and serves as a trusted advisor to management teams on both day-to-day corporate matters and significant strategic decisions as their businesses evolve. His practice spans venture financings and acquisitions, strategic transactions and partnerships, secondary transactions, cross-border matters and corporate governance.
He has particular experience advising companies in fintech and payments; AI and AI-enabled products and infrastructure; and blockchain and digital assets, including businesses focused on stablecoins, tokenization and other onchain applications. His work often involves novel technologies and business models, and he helps clients assess the legal and business considerations that matter most when making important strategic decisions.
Prior to joining Orrick, Jonathan was a senior associate at Fenwick & West LLP.
