David Tan is a managing associate in the structured finance group in Orrick's London office, with extensive experience in structured finance, including CLO and ABS transactions across a range of asset classes.
David advises financial institutions, corporations and managers in connection with securitisations, CLOs and ABS transactions across a range of asset classes. David also has experience in RMBS transactions, including public securitisations, private warehouses and forward flows.
