Nick’s practice covers M&A, group reorganisations, structured finance, private equity, funds, and real estate transactions, and additionally covers a tax advisory element.

    • Advised Re:infer, a communications intelligence platform, on its sale to UiPath.
    • Advised Romgaz in relation to its purchase of ExxonMobil’s Romanian subsidiary for £1billion.
    • Advised a global record label on the purchase of a leading digital mobile solutions provider in the MENA region.
    • Advised an international investment manager on the issue of notes in relation to CLO transactions.
