Christy brings an understanding of the functions and priorities of State Attorneys General following her recent service with the Utah Attorney General's Office
Christy's practice focuses on merger clearance, government conduct investigations, and antitrust compliance.
During her time as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Utah, Christy advised on mergers reviews, conduct investigations, and enforcement actions across a wide range of sectors, including tech, pharmaceutical and life sciences, healthcare, retail, and consumer goods. Christy has a deep understanding of state enforcement having worked on a number of multistate investigations and actions. Christy also has great insight into federal enforcement after working on a number of joint investigations and actions with the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.
Christy is in the leadership of the ABA’s Antitrust Section, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Leadership Development Committee.
