Mike is an associate in Orrick's Intellectual Property Group, where he focuses on patent and trade secret litigation for a wide range of technology clients across various industries.
Mike represents clients in patent infringement and trade secret disputes in state and federal court, as well as before the U.S. International Trade Commission. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial.
Mike received his J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School, where he served as an editor of the Rutgers Business Law Review and as a clinical law student in the Rutgers IP Law Clinic. Mike earned his B.A. from Brown University. Prior to law school, he worked as an IP litigation paralegal at an international law firm in New York.
