Daniel Garber

Daniel primarily represents emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and other strategic investors in a wide array of corporate matters, including early and late stage venture financing rounds, corporate formation and governance, securities issuances and mergers and acquisitions. Daniel's practice covers a wide variety of industries, with significant experience representing hard-tech companies, such as those in the defense and space industries.  

Daniel’s company-side representations include hard-tech companies such as Castelion Corporation, Firehawk Aerospace, Fortastra Corporation and Radiant Industries, and AI companies such as OpenRouter and Motion.

In addition to his company-side representations, Daniel has represented leading venture capital firms and other strategic investors, including Bonfire, Morpheus, Red Sea, Squadra and Upfront Ventures.
