Olivia is an associate in Orrick's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on the real estate aspects of energy projects, including acquisition, development, and title matters.

Olivia helps clients navigate a variety of real estate issues that arise in energy project development and financing. Her works includes reviewing and drafting leases, acquisition documents, use agreements, and option agreements. Her practice also focuses on resolving complex title and survey matters, as well as reviewing title diligence such as easements and site control documents.

Prior to joining Orrick, Olivia's practice focused on tax credit financing for real estate development projects.

    • An international energy company in the acquisition of a wind project in Texas.
    • A public utility in a large-scale portfolio of wind and solar projects in Colorado.
