Jade Fourneau is an Associate in the Energy & Infrastructure practice, focusing on the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects in France and internationally.
Jade advises a broad range of market participants, including sponsors (industrial groups and investment funds) and lenders (commercial banks and institutional investors), on complex project development and financing transactions.
Jade holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Financial Law from Paris-Dauphine University.
Prior to joining Orrick, Jade gained experience advising on Project Finance transactions through internships with leading international law firms in Paris.
