Graham Gardner represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of government enforcement, litigation and white collar matters.

Prior to joining Orrick, Graham was an associate at Buckley LLP and Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP.

  • His work includes:

    • Represented an oil services company, former executives, and U.S. shareholders in disputes before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Interpol, SDNY Bankruptcy Court, and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Tribunal
    • Represented a multinational mining company and managed document review team as part of an internal investigation into international business practices and potential sanctions violations
    • Represented a marketing intelligence company as part of an investigation by the Consumer Protection Branch of the DOJ
    • Represented an international bank as part of a money laundering investigation being pursued by the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), Department of the Treasury, and DOJ
