Antonia is a managing associate in Orrick's New York office and a member of the firm's litigation practice. 

Antonia has experience representing large commercial clients in complex and high-value litigation in federal and state courts across the country. She has broad experience representing corporations in all stages of litigation, including pre-suit demands, motions to dismiss, fact and expert discovery and depositions, summary judgment, and trial preparation.  Prior to joining Orrick, Antonia practiced at Ropes & Gray LLP in New York.

    • Representing the former CEO of a financial institution in matters arising out of regulator’s takeover of the bank.
    • Representing mortgage lender in complex breach of contract action brought by an investment management firm in S.D.N.Y.
    • Represented leading marketing solutions provider in breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secret action. 
    • Represented private equity firm in fraud action arising from a portfolio company's breach of contract dispute.*
    • Represented international brokerage firm in S.D.N.Y. action alleging federal antitrust and RICO claims and state claims for fraud and tortious interference in connection with the operation of its foreign exchange trading platform.*
    • Represented global investment management firm in a breach of contract action in S.D.N.Y. arising from its acquisition of an asset management firm.*
    • Represented global investment bank in an action alleging a municipal bond market price-fixing conspiracy among several financial institutions.*
    • Represented global investment bank in connection with its role serving as financial advisor to a wind and solar power company in a go-private transaction.*
    • Advised global investment bank in connection with internal investigation of firm policy violations.*
    • Represented national health care provider in securities class action in S.D.N.Y. premised on allegedly misleading offering documents.*
    • Represented cybersecurity firm in securities class action in N.D. Cal. related to statements by company executives.*
    • Represented national pharmacy in fraud and consumer fraud actions based on retail pharmaceutical drug pricing.*
